Highly recommend staying here, beautiful stay.

Superb stay, in a great location. We got upgraded to a suit which was immaculate. The staff were great and the guys on the rooftop bar were great value.

Really enjoyed the stay, great location and great rooftop. Would recommend for a short stay.

Rooftop was a standout. Especially Duy at the bar, he was the highlight of our stay. Very friendly, gave great recommendations and made us feel very welcome.

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room with a great view overlooking the river. Roof bar was nice.

Efficient, friendly, top location.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were brilliant, friendly and efficient. Pool is small but rooftop bar has great city and river views and is a good place to relax. Afternoon tea was such a bonus and really lovely. Breakfast was equally good with a great choice and service.

Great way to see the city.

Great location. Surprise was the sauna in our room (miscommunication meant we discovered this too late to use). Staff were exceptionally friendly and kind.

The spa in the room was a bath really (and a bonus on upgrade). The rooftop pool is a spa not a pool.

Very nice property and staff. Food is very tasty.

Very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and many pillows. Breakfast was great with some western options and made to order items. Nice rooftop deck and bar. Staff is very nice and attentive.

Good staff, nice hotel

Very helpful staff, nice hotel, really liked the rooftop bar, it can get busy especially in the evening. If you’re used to traditional “afternoon tea”, you won’t find scones, but you will find a lively band which differs each day.

Jacuzzi bath tub as with many hotels hasn’t been used so lots of grime came out when we went to have a bath (always find this is the case with jacuzzi tubs) Shower was too short for me (5’11), again not uncommon for hotels.

It's location is nice. The rooftop jacuzzi we enjoyed.

People started doing construction in our floor. Lot of crazy noise we had to endure. When we complain they use to stop and start again after sometime it was nuisance for us. You can avoid this you find nice option.

Business Trip - 4x nights

Location - very close to the main walkable street. Roof top (is very small but lovely to spend some time there drinking with nice weather) Staff is very kind and always take care of my request without any hesitation.

I think bedroom need renovation. Bed is comfortable and cosy, but a little dated. New building under construction next to hotel. First bed room had blocked window But staff was very kind to change room to better one with window with city sight

Clean, good location and rooms smell good.

The only problem; jacuzi wasn’t working in the room. When I asked about it at night staf told me that all jacuzis are not working in the hotel which a huge disappointment for me because I booked the room for jacuzi otherwise I can find way more cheaper rooms without jacuzi.

The location is great, walking distance to a lot of places. The view is beautiful and the room is nice and luxe.

The breakfast choices are a little limited. The rooms are dark with old facilities, need to update to have more outlets closer to the bed, everything is hard-wired.

Next time I would require a room on the other side of the hotel to lessen the construction noise, but I would stay here

Great location, wonderful staff, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast and good Wi-Fi.

Construction next-door started as early as 6:00 AM and was very loud.
